From the moment we arrived, the warm and efficient staff, led by Guest Relations staff Nino and Joy, provided top-notch service, ensuring all our needs were met with professionalism and care. The delicious dining experience at Fish Bone restaurant, expertly overseen by waiter Krishna, left us with a taste of local flavors and impeccable service. The spacious and comfortable room, complete with a stunning terrace offering picturesque views, combined with the immediate resolution of any concerns such as the A/C glitch, truly showcased the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. The pristine pool, attentive staff, and diverse range of facilities, from the fitness center to the beach access, made our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. Rixos Bahr exceeded our expectations with its blend of luxury, attentive service, and exceptional value for money.
